Hi, All:
Let's cut to the chase this month.
The headlines aren't pretty and the lines on our foreheads probably aren't much prettier with the economy. Interest rates are at the lowest since 1971— the year Freddie Mac began tracking 30-year mortgage rates.
Housing prices are dropping like the mercury last week but finding financing can be frustrating.
So, is it really a buyer's market? What about selling or renting?
Are Alexandria, and Del Ray in particular, trending the same as the nation?
Take a look at this market condition calculator . It's something I offer free to my subscribers. This will give you granular, detailed, current, and correct market conditions specific to Del Ray, or any zipcode. Everyone has an opinion on the market, but these are hard, unbiased numbers to help you decide for yourself and your family.
